Thomas E. Romano

Associate Attorney

Thomas Romano is a seasoned attorney with a distinguished 29-year career spanning multiple areas of law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UMASS Amherst in and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School.

Mr. Romano's legal practice encompasses a diverse range of fields including Family Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Zoning & Land Use Planning. His extensive experience is reflected in his representation before various courts, including the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals, US District Courts for Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and Bankruptcy Court for Rhode Island. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Massachusetts, as well as District, Superior, Family, and Probate Courts in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, in addition to Municipal Courts in both states.

In 1996, he contributed to legal scholarship with his publication in the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, where he authored the article “Firing Back: Legislative Attempts Combat Assault Weapons.”

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Romano is actively involved in community service through his work with the Christian Law Association and the Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.).

Mr. Romano’s extensive expertise and commitment to both his clients and community underscore his dedication to the practice of law and public service.
